I'm an Android developer, originally from Lithuania 🇱🇹, now based in London 🇬🇧
I am currently the sole Android engineer on the Growth team for Monzo Business. The team's primary focus is on driving product-led growth through rapid experimentation, while ensuring the high quality people expect of Monzo. Over my years in Growth, I've contributed to the development of a referral program, the introduction of business savings interest rates, and improvements to the signup process.
Before joining Monzo, I have worked as a software engineer across various industries, including insurance, retail and airlines. Outside of navite mobile development, I also have experience in infrstastructure (AWS and Azure DevOps) and mobile-first web development.
